They are denominated in euros and calculated with taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.<br \/>American Vibes K\u2019ribbean grants itself the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cf14de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9cf14de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Clause n \u00b0 3: Terms of payment<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e62d7de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e62d7de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Payment for orders is made:<\/p><ul><li>either by bank card;<\/li><li>either by paypal;<\/li><li>or by bank transfer.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cb22d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4cb22d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Clause n \u00b0 4: Termination clause<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c22b46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c22b46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If within the fifteen days following the implementation of the \"Late payment\" clause, the buyer has not paid the sums remaining due, the sale will be automatically terminated and may give rise to the right to the allocation of damages for the benefit of the company American Vibes K'ribbean.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bcc59b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9bcc59b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Clause n \u00b0 5: Delivery<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43db98b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43db98b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><p>Delivery is made:<\/p><ul><li>either by the direct delivery of the goods to the buyer;<\/li><li>or by parcel to the address provided by the buyer.<\/li><\/ul><p>The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given only as an indication and is not guaranteed.<\/p><\/div><div>As a consequence, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's benefit to:<\/div><div><ul><li>the award of damages;<\/li><li>cancellation of the order.<\/li><\/ul><p>The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer.<br \/>In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods.
